Our Board & Train program is an immersive residential service where your dog stays and trains directly with our professional training team. Every program is customized to meet each owner’s specific goals—whether enhancing obedience reliability, modifying behavioral challenges, or developing specialized skills.

Having your dog live with our professional trainers in a structured, controlled environment allows us to establish clear daily routines, focused training sessions, proper rest cycles, and consistent behavioral management around the clock.

We consider Board & Train an effective “fast-track in dog training.” Because our trainers work with your dog consistently every day, building solid foundations, sharpening obedience, and modifying behavioral patterns progress far more rapidly and reliably than occasional, sporadic lessons.

Individualized Training Programs ✦

No two dogs receive the exact same training regimen. Before commencing the program, we carefully evaluate:

• Age and breed
• Personality, temperament, and baseline disposition
• Specific behavioral challenges
• Current level of obedience
• Household lifestyle and living environment
• Specialized skills or working capabilities to develop
• The owner’s specific goals and expectations
• From there, we formulate a customized roadmap, duration, and training methodology tailored specifically to each individual dog.

Boarding & Training in One Place ✦

Beyond training, Board & Train also serves as a premier boarding service while owners travel. It is ideal for owners who want their dog’s boarding stay to be far more than standard pet sitting—ensuring their dog continues to train, reinforce commands, and maintain healthy, structured daily routines.

Siam Elite K9 is conveniently located near Suvarnabhumi Airport, making drop-off effortless for traveling owners. Spanning approximately 3,200 sq.m., our expansive facility features dedicated areas designed for rest, exercise, and professional training.

You can travel or vacation with complete peace of mind, knowing your dog is receiving attentive care and systematic training with our professional team.

Daily Routine

During their stay with us, dogs follow a structured daily routine tailored to their age, health, training program, and weather conditions:

Morning

Dogs are let out of their suites for a potty break followed by a 10–15 minute walk or play session. Dogs scheduled for morning training will then begin their structured session.

After activities, dogs enjoy their breakfast, have another potty break, and return to their private suites to rest and digest.

Midday

A dedicated rest period in climate-controlled comfort, giving dogs time to relax, decompress, and recover between activities—especially during peak outdoor heat.

Afternoon – Evening

Starting around 3:00 PM, dogs are brought out for potty breaks, walks, play, or field exercise suited to their energy level. Dogs on an afternoon training schedule will complete their session during this time.

Before Bedtime

Dogs are let out for a final evening potty break before settling into their private suites for a restful night.

Comfortable Stay & 24-Hour Monitoring ✦

Throughout the program, dogs stay in private, air-conditioned suites maintained to the highest hygiene standards.

Owners enjoy 24/7 access to live camera feeds, allowing you to check in on your dog’s rest and daily routine at any time.

Additionally, we provide a daily training video update so you can closely track your dog's progress and see firsthand how our trainers are working with them.

Training Is Only Half of the Program ✦

While Board & Train is an effective accelerator for rapid progress, it is not a program where the owner’s involvement ends after drop-off. While with our trainers, dogs learn clear structure, communication cues, and behavioral expectations. However, once they return home, the environment and handlers change.

If owners do not understand how to give commands, respond to behaviors, or apply the core principles behind the training, dogs quickly learn that house rules differ from school rules—and old habits can resurface over time.

Owner Handover ✦

A vital component of our program is the comprehensive transfer of knowledge from trainer to owner.

Owners will learn how to communicate clearly, execute commands effectively, manage behaviors, and seamlessly integrate everything their dog has learned into everyday life at home.

Owners are encouraged to participate in hands-on training sessions with their dog to gain a comprehensive understanding of:

• How to deliver cues and commands accurately
• How to reward effectively and maintain engagement and motivation
• How to provide clear guidance and corrections when the dog does not comply
• How to manage behavior and set boundaries in daily life
• How to read canine body language and communicate clearly
• How to transfer learned skills from the facility back into the home
• How to build upon and advance their dog's newly acquired capabilities
• How to maintain and sustain training results long after graduation

Board & Train creates meaningful transformation, establishes solid foundations, enhances capabilities, and systematically modifies behavior—but it is the owner who ensures those results endure for a lifetime.

Our goal is never simply handing back a trained dog, but ensuring both dog and owner understand how to live and communicate harmoniously together—so that all knowledge and advanced skills translate seamlessly into real life after completing the program.
